About the position Our client is looking for a client-facing lawyer with 2 years’ experience who enjoys variety and takes pride in producing carefully considered work. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility, while still having access to senior input when required. The work includes: Property law: conveyancing, contract reviews, leasing and property transactions Business/commercial: agreements, SME advisory, purchase/sale support Disputes: negotiation, drafting, pre-action steps, court documentation Wills & estates: wills, probate, estates administration and related advice Additional general matters depending on workflow and your strengths Key Requirements Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (or equivalent) Comfortable running matters with minimal supervision Strong drafting, organisation and client communication skills Confident, focused, and proactive mindset Victorian practising certificate (or eligibility) What's on offer $100,000–$120,000 (DOE) commission A genuinely supportive, approachable team culture Mentoring available without micromanagement Interesting, varied work to keep you learning and engaged A workplace where you can build a long-term career Interested in this position?
